THE RESEARCH OF AN EMOTION

Design is definitively the reserch of an emotion. Design is inspiration and function. Design is a connection ring between man and objects.

Design is the research of a piece of poetry stroked of the brush from effects, colors, materials and details.

Elaboration of creative process never stops, aesthetic opinions of every man are boundless, but some time they draw together and this makes possible that the design’s inspiration reaches a consent, which makes of an object, a sublime act.

I try to give a imprint to every object in design, as for the interiors in architecture: I try to give the aesthetic touch typical of design, that is declination of essence and function.

The designer never slows down, he always works at the maximum of his possibilities to create original and elegant, functional and innovative objects.

I believe the designer as a substance’s artist, a shape’s moulder, a researcher of the philosophy of the “nothing more, nothing less”, a “tireless thinker”, as always my friend Ross Lovegrove remainds me, a researcher of a certain style, that should be a recognizable sign, but not a repetitive one, this to create a unique relationship with every customer.

Do design is create sensations, research emotions, travel around experiences, prove innovative materials, never forgetting the history’s value. The always alert and moving eye picks up, discards, adds, works out and finishes.

A citizen of the world, a tireless traveller, a keen observer, above all, a man with a defined integrity enriched with the enthusiasm, the world’s and life’s motive power, that helps to always express at the right time, the winning concept.

All those concepts come in my works: as for “Fortaleza” which, saw from different sides, it gives different and always new sensations, a sinuous object, made with 3d ply wood, a comfortable lounge chair, winding and intriguing.

A young and fresh, sinuous and elegant object which receives comfortably as a guest in his lines, which completely furnishes and colors.
